So I thought they had resolved my issue and they have not so I came back and edited my review. He is kind but his staff are very rude and incompetent. Adnan told me one thing and the staff tells me another. The staff rudely hung up on me and then I call back and they send me straight to voicemail It is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. It’s very frustrating, especially weeks ago I thought we had resolved this issue and now I see nothing was done. I even tried to switch agents and then they don’t allow you to.

Terrible customer service from Adanan Nafa and his crew! I was hung up on and ignored on multiple occasions! Was told my insurance was one amount and try to charge me more! He definitely needs more practice in what he’s doing because clearly he doesn’t know! Very disappointed and will be finding a new agent immediately.
