Horrible communication between the insurance broker and myself I was given a price and ending up paying double of what I was told. I ask to speak to corporate or a manger and here I am a month later and still no response. I know times are hard but to be honest I should have gonna with a different insurance company. I ended up getting charged what mercury insurance was gonna charge me and it came with more coverage.
Adriana’s only provided me with basic liability Insurance. This is a perfect example of a company who only cares about their commissions and not their customer’s .
If I could give this place a no star review I would !!

Needed to get insurance so I've seen Adriana's insurance around town,so I figured why not,went in talked with Landy,she was wonderful,got me setup in about 30 minutes and I'm good to go! ☺️

Went to Adriana’s Insurance on Woodman, city of Arleta for the first time ever. First impression was great. I was greeted immediately, with a welcoming smile. It was a bit busy, so I waited for a little bit. I was looking to get lower premiums than I was paying to my current insurance issuer. Sure enough I landed at the right place. I was assisted by Landy, a representative who was very courteous and helpful. She answered all my questions regarding coverage and in the end, I felt comfortable with the decision I made. Got me a great deal aside from making the process smooth and jiffy. Definitely recommend Landy at Adriana’s Insurance… by the way she’s bilingual. Thank you again for providing me with great customer service.

Ana Hernandez was excellent! She found a policy that fit within my budget, took the time to explain my new policy and the perks as well. She was amazing at answering all my questions and had my best interest in mind and found me a great quote! Thank you for all your help ! Great customer service especially when dealing with a person who gets anxious like me. Overall I had a GREAT customer experience. The new lady takes 2 clients ahead of me when I was there before them, they have a list to write your name down. What’s the point of having it if you not gonna go by the list. This not the first time I make my payments late do to this situation all the time. BAD SERVICE from the guy and the new lady

I wanted to leave a specular review because of my spectacular insurance agent, Ana Hernandez. My visits for payment are always made simple accompanied with great costumer service. I can honestly say that if you are looking for agreat service and you want to feel like someone is on your side please ask for Ana Hernandez at the Arleta location.
