I would give 10/5 stars. The dispatcher and the driver both gave the absolute best service. Stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and were genuinely kind. I highly recommend this tow company. They have great drivers and management. I had the pleasure of meeting James. He came out to save me from Lexington Chevron. Originally I thought I needed a tow, but James was able to start my car long enough for me to drive home and park it. His boss Mike was absolutely thrilled to hear our experience and I had to share. Unfortunately I have had a string of bad luck lately, first I had a power steering line break and then had my cars anti theft keep me locked out of my car.

Luckily enough for me Levi from Advanced Auto Transport was able to save the day and keep me moving forward on both occasions!

I have no words on the gratitude I have for Mikey and this company. My two best friends were in a car accident and one of them passed. I was given the job to go move the car one of my best friends passed in so the driver, my other best friend, could use the car for awareness on the seriousness of drinking and driving. I was given 6 hours to find a way or the cash to get the car out of the police impound. Chris kindly gave me the number to Mikey who came out and did the impossible. The families of the driver, and I have been in shambles trying to not only process what happened but to get it all handled. Mikey did the job with the utmost empathy and kindness and never complained once. I will never call a different tow company ever. You guys won our hearts. Thank you again SOO much.

Amazing service we had our insurance company use these guys to tow our fifth wheel from one location to the other and the communication was amazing and the service was extremely professional. He did a great job getting us hooked up and there timely and safely.
