Two sides to this business the daughter Tracy does excellent work and handles everything professionally never an issue with her !! The reception is very rude over dramatic as well as unprofessional. Second side Beware of Barbara very forgetful unprofessional and dishonest will not return your phone call as promised has had my tax papers for 10 months and has not filed my taxes missed the final filing deadline and also mishandled my filings for several years she told me I owed the state of Alabama nothing but $800 and some change and the paperwork she gave me reflects what she says but out of the blue I start receiving collections notifications from the state of al for over $7,000 because she didn’t file the complete and correct amount of income that I had made as well as not filing schedule c for certain years but no excuses for her because I personally went to the Huntsville IRS building and obtained all tax records and income for myself to give her left message after message for her to return my call with the rude receptionist finally had my wife show up in person and sit for hours just to speak with her so my wife puts me on speaker phone and Barbara assured me it was going to be handled straight away but once again back to square one with this lady no call no reply she personally gave me her cell# and instructed me to touch base with her every Friday I made contact with her one time and after that she hasn’t answered the phone since and will not return or reply to a text so beware if you use this side of the business even though it is my understanding that she is the owner she is not trustworthy there is always two sides to a story but in this case there is simply only one !! truly very unpleasant experience she was paid in full for everything have bank statements to prove it so no excuses

I called on a Friday and made an appointment with Tracy the following Monday at 10:00 AM. No one called, so I called back later that Monday and they said they had no record of me calling or any appointment. Stated I'd need an appointment 8 days later. Never had an apology and the receptionist had a sarcastic tone. So far, this tax office is not organized (nor too customer service friendly).

August is a very bad month to need someone at Advanced Professional Management, especially this year with the tax deadline being extended, yearly training, and some people out sick.

They have always prepared what I needed in a timely and accurate manner and for a very reasonably fee.

I highly recommend them.
