A&E Property Management consistently keeps me and the tenant in mind when making decisions for my rental property. As my property manager, Jackie has been nothing short of professional and courteous while always maintaining a positive attitude. Whenever there is an issue with the property, Jackie has always been very thorough in communicating the problem, her follow-up, and resolution. Her communications were either with text messages, phone calls, or an email, if and when, necessary.
I believe in the old saying that people stay with the company because of the people you deal with, and this is a prime example where Jackie and her team consistently show "Excellent Customer Service" to their clients and represent A&E Property Management. So, if you're looking for property management for your rental, I would highly recommend A&E Property Management, as you cannot go wrong.
