Tenant for just over a year, Vic (the owner of AIP) is unhelpful and unresponsive. Never had the locks changed despite multiple requests. Had extreme difficulty getting other things fixed at the property. Very glad I no longer have to rent!

I am a current tenant but I also used to work as a property manager so I feel I can provide unique insights. I recently moved into a rental this company manages. I was originally working with a real estate agent & anytime I liked a rental it was gone before I could submit my application. I soon realized that the properties I was viewing were not even truly available by the time my agent was showing them to me. I have very good credit & felt like finding a rental should have been easier- it was once I found the property managed by AIP.

I found it listed on Zillow, & after inquiring about the house, I was contacted right away. Their website had a pre-application form which I filled out immediately m. Viewing the house was easy. Applying was a smooth process, & the application/verification process was thorough. I’m self employed & as a former landlord/property manager myself, I thought they provided the owner excellent protection by securing 2 months rent for security deposit.

Once I moved in, I received a link to their website where I was easily able to access/upload information. I am able to pay the rent online & it’s reported to the credit bureau! From what I understand, the owners also have access to their accounts online. The gentleman who manages the rentals/office is friendly & easy to work with. He has 2 assistants as well. He even followed up with me a few months after moving in!

For owners looking for a property manager, I would definitely recommend AIP. Not only do they thoroughly vet potential tenants, but they make the process of renting easier overall.

For renters, I would definitely suggest visiting their website to check available rentals. If you find one you like, jump on it right away- they go fast! AIP will get you through the application process quickly. As a former property manager, I do suggest disclosing anything that might be an issue upfront since ultimately they represent the property owner. If you do have any type of risk associated with your credit/rental history, don’t be afraid to offer to pay a few months rent upfront or pay an additional deposit- it’s worth it. You can expect a decent rental, managed by a professional company. Not only are any issues with property addressed super fast, but their service makes things like paying your rent simple. My daughter also lives in a professionally managed rental. She spends time driving to drop her rent check off every month, I simply go online and pay.

Great service!! I really enjoyed working with Vic. My family and I were displaced from our home for about a month due to a fire before finding another home. He truly went above and beyond for us! He made sure all our needs were met. He communicated well with me and took care of things in a timely manner throughout the whole process. He was very straightforward and didn’t leave us with any false hope. I am extremely grateful I came across Vic with AIP. He has definitely been a huge help to my family and I in such a rough time of our lives. I definitely recommend reaching out to him if you’re interested in renting! 🙂

I have lived in Winchester for the past couple of years and have had subpar landlords. My boyfriend and I just moved into our first rental together with AIP management and they have been great! Vic is awesome and very helpful. Whenever we needed something fixed or looked at, they were very fast and responsive. This company is dedicated to their tenants and will do what they need to keep ya happy!

Vic has been so patient and accomodating with us as we considered one of their rentals (and I can be a bit of an anxious wreck at times). He definitely works in the prospective tenant's best interests and is great at reassuring and resolving concerns. While we ultimately decided to hold tight for a little while, we will definitely consider contacting AIP Management when it becomes more feasible for us to relocate!

We have had a great experience using AIP Management LLC. Vic is responsive, and very easy to work with. We are renting a home with AIP, and so far everything has been quick, efficient and "user friendly" through the client portal. I would recommend this company, and Vic to anyone looking to rent a home or to rent out their own property using a property management company.

We worked with Vic through the process of renting one of AIP's properties. We needed to find a place rather quickly and the market was not working in our favor with available homes and rent bidding wars taking place. Vic was very responsive, kind, and professional. He made us feel like he cared. There were a few concerns we had moving in and he was quick to get what we needed scheduled to repair (it was minor work). Then when we found out the HVAC wasn't working properly, he was quick to get someone out. He had no control over HVAC company's schedule but checked in regularly with updates until they were able to come fix the issue. Just recently he called to just see how things were still going. I have rented throughout my life and typically no one is genuinely kind and attentive any more in the world of property management (at least from my experience). It is either they do their job adequately or they are a nightmare to work with. It has been really nice to go through moving (with a newborn at the time) and work with someone who genuinely cared. No one wants to pull teeth when things need to be addressed in your home and you have to rely on others to do it because you rent, so I appreciate the level of attention from Vic at AIP!
