Moved over to Alfa and Thomas Shelton after trying just about every other insurance company known. If you own a boat Thomas and team is very knowledgeable and always responsive. I have called numerous times through a boat claim and a motorcycle claim. The team has answered all of my questions and helped me make sure I was completely covered. Michelle was the absolute best to work with! We are in the process of buying a house. Thomas Shelton and his Amazing team is so great!! We went there last week worried because we needed new car insurance . He had us talk to Cynthia She was Amazing she made sure we had the best policy and explained everything to me and my boyfriend.
