I’ve been dealing with them regarding my policy for a while. I’ve been a customer for three years since I got my driver’s license. When I needed a new policy for my car, they told me I could only get auto insurance if I also purchased life insurance, so I agreed. After several months, I tried to cancel the life insurance because it was too expensive, but they told me I couldn’t since the two policies were bundled together. Prices went up, and I don’t understand why, especially since my record is clean. Eventually, I canceled my policy, but I later discovered they were still trying to charge me for the life insurance. When I called to ask why, Joana was rude and unhelpful. She also told me I needed to cancel both policies separately, which doesn’t make sense since Eric told me from the beginning that they were treated as one policy when I initially asked to cancel just the life insurance months ago.

Excellent service from Alfredo & Joana.

First I tried another Allstate Insurance office over the phone, their customer service was awful, I didn’t go with them, they even didn’t follow up with me to get my business.
One day while having dinner near Alfredos office, I saw their sign and decided to try again.
That is how I got with them, their service is excellent, within the same phone call I decided to go with them and within several muy everything was done. My car insurance is with Allstate… because you are in good hands 😉

When the rates came up they promised only a 10% increase and they did a 40% increase. When asked about it they just gave me the round about. Also they randomly charged me $1000 and when asked they said they would call me back with why that charge happened and it never happened. When called to ask about again they again just kept going in circles without a reasonable explanation. It wasn’t even the monthly price or the renewal that made sense. If it wasn’t because they cover certain miles into Tijuana, I would not stay with these crooks.

They never answer phone calls , I've been sending emails to Alfredo but unfortunately I'm not getting any responses from them.

I've never been there. Never contacted anyone in that office. Never even quoted an insurance with Allstate.
And I just realized that I have an insurance policy with them (got policy documents for a Mercedes SUV on my mail)
Isn't that identity theft?

Alfredo and his team are very professional. I personally speak spanish, and all of this staff does. Casualty are undesired events, but when they have happened, AllState has been there for us. Alfredo is easy to get a hold off, either via email or whatsapp, he's always on top of his business. Thanks Alfredo and the rest of the team
