We have rented several properties over the years and have worked with great and horrible rental companies. Alisa has been amazing from the beginning. We looked at the property and knew immediately we wanted it and Alisa got us into our home quickly. She was very transparent with the lease and made sure we were both on the same page before signing. She has also worked quickly to resolve any property issues we have had. Our last rental experience (with American Family Homes) was super unprofessional and communication was difficult. We were very wary about confusing lease terms so the fact that Alisa made it so easy for us was great. Also, I know the owners of our property really like her as well.
