We have stayed multiple times at the Farmer’s Supply in Floyd and each trip has been amazing! The accommodations are fabulous! I love the original features that were saved! Each apartment is wonderfully stocked! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!!

Locker Room Lofts has been an amazing experience! The amenities are top-notch, with a fantastic pool, a well-equipped gym, and even a basketball court for residents to enjoy. Having an in-unit washer with dryer and dishwasher makes daily life so much more convenient, I don't have to worry about Wif-fi or cable. The management team at Allegheny Partners keeps everything well-maintained and is always responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience in Roanoke!

Would recommend to NEVER rent from this company! Subpar apartments not up to standard. Have to walk your trash to another apartment to utilize their trash can, but you pay for “trash services”. You will pay for internet that never works, terrible “management”company, awful experience!!!!!
They will let people work in your apartment without notice. They just take your money and that’s all they care about.
Entire building smells like cigarettes and weed, nothing ever done to rectify that.
3.2 rating on this company says enough. Save yourself, and go to a reputable company!!!

I have lived with Allegheny Partners for a year now, and plan on living in their apartments until I move out of Roanoke. I cannot say enough things about this leasing company. The leasing manager, Bailey, is absolutely amazing. She hosts building events and holiday contests and really makes this building feel like a community. The maintenance men are also amazing, we have put in a couple request for small fixes and they have come out quickly, often next day! The building cleaners are also amazing, they clean daily and are very friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this company, I have recommended this company to some friends and would recommend them to you!

I’ve lived in an Allegheny Partners building for over a year now and just resigned to continue to live here. The units are great and the staff and maintenance people are awesome. After putting in a maintenance request someone normally comes the next day. The hallways and entrance ways are always clean. Would definitely recommend this company if looking to live in Roanoke.

I've rented with Allegheny for three years now, in the Hancock Building and 401 Campbell, and just signed to be in their newest construction! Extremely accommodating and helpful, would highly recommend any first time renters to seek them out. Great pet friendly staff as well - my dog loves the maintenance team!

I moved to Roanoke 7 months ago and into the new Woodland Park Building. It's brand new andeverything works flawlessly. I live on the front side of the building which is the railroad side. Let's address that first. If you work from home I wouldn't live on this side as I estimate at least 75 trains pass by daily and although this is a very well built building it can get loud, especially when 3 pass at once. You get used to constantly turning up and down TV volumes. I use headphones most of the time. Also it's SE Roanoke with many undesirables and homeless walking by at all hours. Thankfully this place is locked up like Fort Knox. I have went down several times to throw my trash out and someone be living in the dumpster. All the negative items I have outlined is not the fault of Allegheny Partners and is Roanoke City's fault. Since I have been here the unit above me has turned over occupants 3 times and the one beside me 4. Turnover here eems to have slown.
I have nice 10' tall ceilings with windows spanning the entire vertical distance. Latest in appliances including stackable W/D in unit. Bathroom is huge.
Water Heater never runs cold. Built-in Glofiber internet is nice, only seems overpriced, again not an issue of the ownership but City of Roanoke. Also note it's not wired for cable, course this being a new building and the average Tennant age is under 30 it's not an issue. This is located centrally in Roanoke to everything and is steps to the downtown/market area which is why I chose this place.
Staff has always been caring, responsive and helpful. Hats off to Scott, my primary point if contact. Price is very reasonable. Lease knowing you made a good decision.

Living at The Crossings owned by Allegheny has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, I’ve only ever had good experiences with the building, secluded parking garage, and friendly neighbors. The Crossings makes me feel safe and spoiled.
