I can’t say enough good things about Alliance, they are the best insurance company I have ever dealt with by a long shot. Alliance got me the best deal on my car insurance, saved me a lot of money, I shopped all around and it wasn’t even close. My company, Ivan Ray's, is extremely new. I had been searching for business insurance and dealing with a few other local companies for a long time. After a quick phone call, Dwight got more done for me in 2 hours than I've had done in an entire week with the other companies. And it really didn't take that long. It actually took longer for me to respond back to his emails. He also took his time and explained the coverages.

Wasn't a bad experience initially... but then I soon realized that if I needed to make changes to my policy, I was at the mercy of an Alliance associate's availability to respond. Several times I did not get a response at all. Fast forward to June 2022; I received notice that mu policy would change to include another driver. I reached out to Alliance and came to realize that there had been a mistake. The DMV had reported an unknown individual was living in my home and the insurance co. required that I added them. Long story short, I never received forms to complete but was advised to "reply" to an email message sent by Alliance to officially state that there was a mistake and that this person did not live in my home. Now its sept and they never corrected the issue and regardless of how this played out, "their" records indicate that I received the correct instructions and they will not refund me for the overages paid. I dropped them today, besides, I found a cheaper route too.
