Allstate HOA has been the management company for our 43 unit complex for nearly ten years. As President of our Board, I'd like to take a moment to give a big shout out to our current HOA manager Casey Maguire. Throughout the past several years Casey has shown himself to be a man dedicated to high service. Whether providing references for vendors, providing assistance to make sure our HOA is in compliance with the various legal issues, assisting with HOA elections and more, Casey has been there for us. Whether by email or scheduling a phone conversation, he's always proven himself to be responsive and reliable. And, Casey has a great team working to support him. When he doesn't have the answer to question, I can always call upon one of his team mates in accounting or upper management to step in and provide the information I'm seeking. Thank you Justin, Joey and Sam! As in all business relationships, occasionally an issue occurs where the boss needs to step in. On those few occasions when I've reached out to the owner of Allstate David Bar I have the peace of mind knowing that I can count on him to promptly get back to me. I have been a client of Allstate Management Company for many years as an homeowner and board member of our condo's HOA.

I have had the personal pleasure of working with Kelsey Jessen and Justin Yablonski the last two years. When I am in need of help, they are prompt in their reply to get the information I need or assist in the task of retrieving the necessary information.

I think what we all fear the most of many management companies is the we are simply just a checkbox and that our needs are not cared for. With Allstate, I've never felt this way. I've felt cared for and the needs of our community has always been met. Case and point is the recent transition Allstate has had to coordinate with changing platforms and transferring financial information. Not only was the transition seamless, when I did have concerns, my emails were met with responsive replies from Kelsey and Justin, but also upper management Joey and David.

I've recommended Allstate to neighboring HOAs and really believe that Allstate stands by their commitment to provide above and beyond service with care and consideration.

Every now and then you get lucky enough to work with Allstate HOA Management - If you’re an HOA searching for great care and incredible team members - Allstate is truly LA’s finest!

As a mortgage broker in Los Angeles - we work with a lot of HOA management companies - we get the opportunity to see the market variance - and by far those communities that are managed by Allstate HOA Management have great care -

It can often take extended times to capture required documents pertaining to a HOA - this can often delay closings as these documents are required for financing -

Wouldn’t it be amazing if you sent a request for documents, and not just an ordinary document request, but instead a Full FHA Single Unit Approval - which requires different documentation than just a traditional purchase - but to have this all back within hours - vs days - thats the experience once again we have found working with Allstate HOA Management -

I am the President of a 27 units HOA building by Santa Monica Beach and we hired Allstate HOA Management two years ago. Jessica Norman was assigned to manage our account. Jesica Norman is a very knowledgeable of property management and aspects of the HOA rules and regulations. Her knowledge is an asset to our Board of Directors and all members. It's extremely helpful for a smooth operation to have Jessica managing our account. Jessica is a very professional and cheerful person. I applied for an open position here. The initial zoom interview with Joey went well, and I was informed that they are always hiring as they have a high turnover. Well, let me tell you .. it took about a week for an in person interview with Jeff Gorman. My interview was at 11am. I arrived about 5 minutes early, only to talk into the office and their reception area has being used as a pantry/storage area with a sad plastic fold out picnic table. In the next room there had to of been 8-10 desks with people working. The guy closest to me asked what I was there for, and I said my appointment with Jeff. I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone offered my a place to sit. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very nice, and grabbed a metal fold out chair for me to sit at the plastic picnic table while their lunch from California Chicken Cafe was delivered. Jeff popped out of his office around 11:25/11:30, said hi, and assume went to the restroom. I dipped. I know why there’s a high turn over. Their management that I experienced was awful, and shouldn’t be in charge of an ant farm, let alone a company. I sent a polite email saying that it wasn’t for me, and I also emailed David Bar, who I believe is the owner, or owners son, and explained the mismanagement of my time. If a candidate rolled up half hour past their interview time, they wouldn’t even be considered. I know that I dodged a bullet by leaving. I couldn’t imagine working for such inconsiderate, unorganized people. That being said, I have 12plus year in real estate management. If any of you HOAs are dissatisfied by Allstate, which I can only imagine you have to be, shoot me a message. I’ll show you what a real company is like!

During a sale process, Kylie was amazing and very quick to respond to emails and inquiries. Allstate, have been very kind and professional even in times there were issues accounting or PM changes requested.
