Extremely Disappointed with Pinnacle Agency

This is by far the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. While the receptionist may sound helpful, my experience with them has been a complete disaster. Despite numerous follow-ups, I never received a callback from an agent, despite promises that one would contact me.

Two weeks ago, I called to ask if Pinnacle could be my agent and help renew my policy with American Modern. I was instructed to email my policy, which I did promptly. Since then, I’ve called multiple times, each time being assured that an agent would call me back—but that call never came.

As my policy’s expiration date drew near, I was reassured once again that I’d be taken care of before the policy expired. I called today, hoping to get the issue resolved, but once again, no callback. As a result, my policy is now officially expired due to their empty promises.

I reached out to the insurance carrier directly and also contacted another Allstate agency, both of which were significantly more professional and willing to assist. Both the carrier and the other agency informed me that Pinnacle had seriously mishandled my situation.

Imagine trusting this agency, and something happens to your home or car—while they make empty promises. Your hard-earned savings could be at risk, and they clearly don’t seem to care. I strongly advise against trusting Pinnacle. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
