Very poor experience - wish I could give negative stars. We were lucky to get a place on the mesa, but Christina certainly made us feel that way - incredibly entitled approach that makes you wonder who the customer is...

Again, the place itself was great, but the communication from Alpha regarding home improvements that we supposed to be done before we moved in was awful. The theme of "entitlement" continues to be a common thread. Alpha may have a rental monopoly on the mesa, but they are an awful group to deal with as a renter. Not to mention the move out process and the amount of things they ding you for. They took approx 50% of our security deposit after living in the rental for one year. Absurd charges the were ridiculous - renters BE CAREFUL!! A legal advisor is highly recommended to protect yourself.

The worst costumer service experience! We were seeing the house at 572 Magna Vista in Santa Barbara CA. Cristina, the agent, told us she was in a rush so we have to see the home rapidly because she had an appointment soon. When we were explaining the reasons of why we are moving she interrupted abruptly saying "stop, stop, stop", she was not kind at all. She was very angry when she came to show the house. We are angry and upset because we decided to rent the home but with this kind of people attending the clients don't want to rent with Alpha Investment anymore. Don't hire nasty people please.

Cristina should be doing another kind of work far from the clients.
