You need to train your tellers better. I came to deposit my check this morning and the girl behind the desk tells me “you need to contact your maker, unfortunately we cannot take your check at this time.” Im like “what do you mean maker?” Im confused like you want me to contact God? Want me to pray for my check to go thru? 🤦🏻‍♂️ I immediately spoke to my employer and deposited my check thru my mobile app without any problems. Maybe give your tellers fresh coffee every morning!

Unfortunately, I left a little upset and very disappointed. I went in, and one of the tellers asked me if she could help me. I clearly said I was wanting to sit and speak with someone about opening an account (opening a business account is a big financial decision which is why I had many questions and wanted to make sure I made the right choice). She decided to help me herself, but the entire time, it felt like she was rushing to finish quickly. Even more so when a Spanish speaking client came by. Apparently, she's the only one who speaks Spanish, so she felt even more rushed to get me out the door to help him. There was 2 employees sitting at desks and 2 other tellers and no other client on the queue but instead of getting me more help or offering someone else to talk to me about the benefits of doing business with them, she handed me 3 pamphlets of information and told me to read it and if I have more questions to come back. At this point, I felt so annoyed and disrespected, but I kept my cool and simply said thank you and walked out. Little does she know I have 2 really successful businesses and was ready to open an account with them and move my funds over. If I can't even get the attention I deserve as a possible new client, what can I expect later when I'm just another one of their clients?! Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

All the tellers are excellent but Anthony really stands out with his welcoming personality. Anthony really does his job in a professional yet courteous manner and I think 🤔 that it can be attributed to the positive work ambience implemented by the branch manager Mathew. Great bank all around: they offer low rates on car loans and personal loans! I highly recommend them. Another plus, most of the tellers are bilingual.

I had very unpleasant experience at this branch, which started from the moment I stepped into the teller's window.
As soon as I approached the teller, she didn't greet me in a way to make me feel welcomed or appreciated. During my transaction I asked a question for which she didn't know the answer, a good customer service would be to get that answer from someone else but she didn't take that initiative until I told her who can get the answer for me. So she started to type and got the answer and provided it in a very dry, bothered manner.
* The only positive here was the friendly security guard. He should be inside and replace this unpleasant teller *

The staff in the San Jacinto branch were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
I was very impressed with how seamless the whole process went, even though my situation presented some obstacles.

Unfortunately quite useless. Went in to do shared branching to be informed they don’t do that. Interesting considering they are listed as a co-op location. Perhaps they should give some effort into changing that designation. Without shared branching they are literally just another stand alone bank, and that is quite useless.

There are two ATM machines located outside of the bank itself. I felt safe to use them during the day as there is a security guard out by the entrance.
