First off, I rarely write reviews but I felt that Jessica at Amanica really deserved this one!! So my family owns some property in San Diego and our last property manager totally screwed us and just didn’t care about our needs at all. We took some time to interview and meet with other property managers until we stumbled upon Jessica at Amanica. We were very nervous at first to go with Amanica but she just made us feel so comfortable and heard which was important to us. Jessica has been absolutely amazing!!! She’s so friendly, funny and on top of things. Her communication and professionalism is top notch and we are so happy we found her and Amanica they have helped us tremendously! If you are in the market for a new property manager you have to give Jessica at Amanica a chance. She will not disappoint!!!

Jessica has been a great Property Manager from the start assisting with any issues with my condo in San Diego. Whether you need information on the market value of your property, managing tenants or any other problems that arise unexpectedly she did her best to make it smooth and painless as possible. I am so happy I got to work with Jessica and her team. She is so professional and genuinely caring. She really went above and beyond to get someone out to my home to fix the toilet, the same day I notified her and it was late in the evening on the WEEKEND! I always recommend Amanica to all my family and friends seeking a real estate professional.

This company is extremely hard to work with due to their lack of organization. They're slow to respond and send out conflicting information. It seems like they have zero internal organization between brokers. they also change their rental prices constantly, listing the price inconsistently across different rental platforms. They also disregard California rental deposit laws, asking for a deposit greater than monthly rent. I would not use Amanica if you want a respectable leasing company.

Amanica manages a property in downtown San Diego for me. They have been very hands on with the property when I couldn't be because I reside in AZ. (Even for things outside of the scope of their services.) Customer service and personal touch to their clients is astounding. I wish they serviced AZ so they could manage the rest of my properties!
