I had been with Allstate for years. After they double billed me and wouldn’t fix it, I knew it was time to shop around. Miranda at Amber Kramer State Farm was so helpful. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything well, and works quick and gets the job done right. She not only got me significantly better rates on both my vehicle and homeowners insurance, it came with significantly better coverage. Coming out to about $700 less a year with more coverage. She also was able to get me a higher life insurance rate for cheaper. I wish I had shopped around a long time ago.

I am completely unimpressed with Amber Kramer's State Farm office. I've been a customer for at least 25 years and this past year has been a nightmare. I have asked for a personal call to talk about these issues and have gotten nothing. Businesses that do not return calls are a waste of time. If I could post a review with zero stars I would."
