I had a really good experience working with the folks at American Land Hub. I had this 27-acre plot in Kentucky that I'd been trying to sell for a few years, but it just never seemed to happen. I received a letter from American Land Hub about a 10 acres of property that I owned. In the letter it stated that they were prepared to offer me $122,496.30 for the 10 acres. All I had to do was sign the enclosed purchase agreement and the ball was to get rolling. Then I talked with person asking questions about the property and she said that Matt would be in contact will me in a few days. 3 days later I got a call from Matt. He stated he really liked the property and was making an offer of $24,000 for the 10 acres. That is a far cry from the $122496.30 that was originally offered. I asked why there was such a difference in price, He told me that the first offer was from a county wide average and there was a hot spot in another part of the the county that made the price that high. Umm Ok. If this is the county average then it is taken from the whole county not just part of it. I am really disappointed in how businesses like this are taking advantage of people on things like this. I hope they can sleep at night. So my words to you beware of American Land Hub and others like it.
