Walt has been my property manager for the last 14 months and it has been an amazing experience with APM!!! Night and day different from my earlier property manager. Walt is very responsive, proactive and immediately sorts out any issues. He does a thorough job in assessing new renters. Walt is very knowledgeable about the latest laws. He told me about insurance that I did not even realize that I needed. My rental deposits are always on time. I love the automated monthly reports that he sends with all receipts scanned and saved in my folder. He really delivers great value and I feel very safe with Walt managing my property!

It has been 6 months since Walt Welti has been managing our property. All the reviews are true to what Walt brings to the table. The first time my wife and I met him, he put us at ease. He worked on diligently marketing our property and finding us a quality tenant in a very short time. He worked closely with us during the first 2 months of tenant move in and proactively addressed any concerns from the new tenants.
