The worst property management company I’ve ever encountered. AMP Management completely ignores requests and emails, no matter how urgent the issue is. It's baffling that this company was hired to manage my property. If you're seeking responsive and reliable property management, avoid this company at all costs.

Undoubtedly the worst Property management company in Los Angeles. They've been mis-managing our property for years. Non-responsive, poor management of our funds, and has no connections for any contractors to fix anything. The representative for our unit, Steve, responds to 1 email for every 20 emails you send. You're better off managing your own property then let these guys take money from you for no reason.
