For the fact that Tmobile sent me to collection agency, I'm upset. Tmobile never called to inform me that $128 was not paid? No they warn me. Anyway, I didn't even bother calling AmSher, I just read other reviews, did a couple email, they responded to me and take care of the problems right away. I am just waiting for it to clear from my credit report because I've paid the whole bills off already.

Scammers. Sent me a collection bill from a cell phone provider I haven't been with for nearly a year. I called and confirmed with the provider that I did not owe them any money and had not been sent to collections. Disputed and gone.

edit: As you can see, they have reached out via this review to be in contact with me. This issue is already resolved. Your company lied and claimed I owe a debt when I do not. I verified there is no debt. There was no debt. I was not sent to collections.

Mr. Norris is great but the AmSher customer service reps are HORRIBLE. I had left a negative review because I had tried numerous times to call after noticing a collection of $100 on my credit report out of nowhere and the last time was told by Angie they didn't have my account it was closed and hung up on me after I requested that the collection be taken off my credit report because I didn't owe anyone anything. Mr. Norris reached out to me and when I sent him an email he addressed the situation immediately and had the collection removed from my credit report. I would like to thank him for his time in this matter and am happy it has been resolved. It has been removed from my report and the credit score has jumped back up to where it was before this all began.

Like many others I received a inquiry on my Credit report with no knowledge of the debt and no prior communications. I can't contact anyone cause I don't have an AmSher account number and their contact email doesn't work. but they continue to ding my credit. I have no previous debts that would have been sent to a collection agency. I just want to know what this credit is and get this resolved before they tank my credit.

So unprofessional. I called in and the lady I never received a notice only an 8 pt ding to my credit for $15. When I told her she started off with an attitude saying they've been emailing this random email address. When I told the lady I don't know whose email that is and I was concerned she decided she wanted to try to "put me in my place" like what in the world is wrong with these people. Just update my email address and let me pay my bill rather than running your mouth. In the first place I tried to pay the bill directly at Tmobile but they said I couldn't pay if I didn't know the pin I used to create the account (that I closed months before receiving a random suss bill) and couldn't tell me how much I had to pay either so I had to guess how much I owed them and was off by $7 which led to this stupid $15 in the first place.

I don't think I ever owed the initial amount to Tmobile. I paid my account in full when I left. Every part of this felt like a scam from not receiving a real bill to never being able to confirm the charges with a Tmobile representative.

I was upset with Tmobile for what they did. I wasn't supposed to be ik collections for a bill I didn't owe. So I tried to dispute it serval times and failed. I contacted this company and after speaking to Benson via email. He assured me if I paid the bill in full. I would be in good shape with my debt. I paid because I'm trying to build my credit and it honestly worked out. This is the first time I ever didn't keep fighting. I don't like talking to credit collections agents but at this point I didn't have a choice. Good luck to those are fighting. To be honest I know debt collectors pay less than the amount you owe but it's a business. We need to be grown and pay our debt before it gets to this point. Facts.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and management and a bunch of complete and total liars. I was told that if I paid a debt of 60 percent of the total cost of a collection it would be removed from my credit report entirely. I told them I could not pay the total balance because I am a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income. The rep spoke with a supervisor and then supervisor agreed to have it totally removed from my credit report. Long and behold they never removed it from my credit report. When I call back multiple times to explain the situation they all speak to me as if they would never do that for anybody and that the conversation must not have actually gone that way. I’m in the process of purchasing a new home and I know for 10000% percent fact I told them the only way I could and would make payment is if it was totally removed from my report. This company and it’s employees are disgusting liars, karma comes full circle to people who build their companies off lies.

I’ve had two fraudulent accounts added to my credit report. Ive received no mail, no calls, no contact about these accounts whatsoever. The amount they’re wanting to collect is absurd.

Update:
After making this review I was contacted by a representative and it yielded no results. I was immediately referred to another company to contact. The other company is a scam company like Amsher is and you cannot get in contact with them.
Their BBB rating is NOT an ‘A-‘ it’s a ‘B’.
