I Hada Great appointment with my new Dr today.
They Addressed all my issues and turned it into a double appointment 90 minutes. Set me up with the referrals I need. Everyone is So nice and friendly. Now I know why I went back after being not happy with others. For me it's a little drive, but well worth it.

I am just coming down from a great acupuncture appointment with Melanie at AVHC. I feel so fortunate to have access to a top quality acupuncturist locally in our little valley. Melanie was thorough, gentle, and intuitively found my issue areas, and did multiple modes of treatment beyond needles. I promptly made three more appointments and could not hope for better care.

We are blessed and grateful to have this gem at the heart of our community. Our rural clinic does an excellent job of providing primary care, mental health therapy, dental care and the unusual excellent benefit of acupuncture. Everyone there cares about the patients with kindness. Even upon walking in for the first time it’s obvious how well run it is because the employees at all levels are happy health care providers.

My experience at Anderson Valley Health Center today was the best as always! The receptionist was very gracious. The Medical Assistant was efficient and very professional and Dr. Rochat was wonderful, funny and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you all!

My experiences at Anderson Valley Health Center are always very positive. The beautiful ladies where you check in are sweet, friendly and always helpful. Everyone in the back from the lovely lady who gets your initial info/vitals, to the peeps in the lab to my FNP are all amazing like the ladies up front! Everyone there makes what can sometimes be uncomfortable, a very positive experience. Thank you!!

I was very happy to get a same-day appointment as I most likely have bronchial pneumonia atop lifelong asthma & repeated respiratory infections in the past 73 or so years. Seeing someone today felt like a critical / mandatory thing.
As I expected, Dr. Rochat agreed I needed to be seen and treated, and fortunately he had an opening for an ‘urgent care’ patient about 6 hours after my call.
The support staff, as is usual, were friendly, very competent, and kind. Even though when I called the first response was ‘go to the ER at the hospital’, having done that in the past I said ‘NO’. That’s mostly because I get better medical care at AVHC,, so long as it’s not an issue the local staff can’t deal with. Not to mention going there requires the drive on highway 253, which is dangerous enough when healthy & far more so when ill. I have no backup driver this week- so the ER wasn’t a good option for me.
Personal opinion is I’ll remain a patient there as long as possible- even if it requires driving in from Albion, where I had to move due to the housing crunch in the area.
I would rate today’s visit higher than 5 stars if I could.👍👍

It's amazing to have this healthy, local resource in a remote village like Boonville. The staff & services are knowledgeable, kind and willing to help. I am very grateful to all who donate hard work, time, money and dedication to ensure its existence.
