I wish we had, but, unfortunately have not received the excellent and quick response service, everyone else has stated in their reviews. Mr. Pendleton was pleasant and professional to speak with, the two times I spoke with him, since transferring our policies to his office; however, he always referred me to Jerry, who usually text and a couple of times called to tell me he would get back with me, but days and weeks later, no communication. We were with 1 agent for many years and were passed/assigned to a new agent after he retired. I transferred my policies to Mr. Pendleton’s office, because of lack of communication on the previously assigned agent’s part, only to go through the same thing here. Not upset, but disappointed as a paying customer; only hope to find an agent with better communication.

Jerry is the agent at the Andre Pendleton State farm office that assisted me on the exact claim that I wanted on a multi vehicle policy. He was very informative . He informed me of all different types of coverages and exactly what those coverages enlisted. Also provided me with multiple options on a different coverages for each policy adding opportunities at adding a renters policy for further multi policy discounts and protections. This guy was great! This is an update to my earlier post. State Farm changed the classification on my vehicle, resulting in a higher premium. Not only did Jerry give me a step-by-step explanation of these changes, he checked my policy very carefully and was able to offer me an option that offset a large percentage of the increase with no decrease in coverage. Jerry definitely takes a personal interest and never makes me feel like I’m “just a number”.
