I have been pleased with this agency from the first phone call to inquire about the insurance coverage they provide. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and understood my situation, ( I had been terminated from another insurance co. & they did this in mid-day) he answered all my questions, I gave him my information and I was covered the same day. He went a little further and I was able to add my renters insurance as well, which I had not thought about, but I am glad he did. My husband & I was hit coming from Florida we were at a traffic light. Someone hit a guy and he hit us. When we were asked for proof if insurance by the officer and he pulled out his Allstate Agent card, I knew then we would be taken care of and him too. Every thing was lined up perfectly, no problem getting customer service on the phone and the body shop we went to did a great job. This agency is a group of people that treats you the way they would want be treated, with respect, kindness and compassion, they understand life happens. They care and provide a good service with great discounts for their clients. I love my drivewise & it helps me be a better driver. I'm GLAD I called & I know you will be too.

My truck broke down, I called for a tow! And I talked to someone I can't understand! Called again, same problem! And then they hung up on me! Very unsatisfied, truck is still on the side of the road! Thanks allstate
