I signed a least in January 2023. I couldn't move in and was told to wait. Upon being cleared to move in February I still couldn't move in to March. I went to move in and the apartment wasn't clean and the door wasn't secure. I was told I would get a prorated rent. It didn't happen.
After moving in the refrigerator was on maximum cool but my milk was spoiling. I explained this to Theresa and she had the refrigerator checked by maintenance. They told me according to the law the the temperature was OK.
On July 4,2023 I grilled on their grill that I had to clean and repair in order to barbecue. I cleaned out all the ashes, placed aluminum foil where the metal door should be,bought 4 bricks to hold up the charcoal, and foil pans to hold the chacoal. I cooked my side dishes and within the week my food spoiled to include the watermelon 🍉.
I was told that maybe this year it would be in the budget to replace my refrigerator. It hasn't happened yet.
In December before Christmas my microwave has been broken. It was finally confirmed unfixable in March 2024 . I was told right before Easter it would be replaced especially since it's 15 yo. I have yet to receive it.
I was told at the beginning of this year that my rent would increase $100 to catchup to the current price of rent. I complied and raised no issues. However, I feel extremely mistreated and disrespected. I have chosen not to speak with management any longer because I don't want anymore pipe dreams and GASLIGHTING. This has become ridiculous especially when I am presently a landlord in another state and I know this experience as a renter has shown me how better I personally am to my renters.
I refuse to confront or refute with management anymore. This is a review of my experience so don't believe its your imagination if you are experiencing the same.
To this day, I have to keep my milk on ice in a stainless steel bowl and the ice melts daily and have to add more ice and my food is still spoiling too soon. And yes since January 2024 I am paying $100 extra.
8-22-24 I have noted several move-outs and apartments being prepared for new renters. I have watched new appliances in boxes and asked an employee why is it that I have not received a microwave or at least a repair for refrigerator. I was told to ask the ladies in the office. I told him she knows.

I've lived at Angelo's Grove for at least 15 years. Management has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance have always gone above and beyond whenever anything needed to be replaced or repaired. Repairs are always done within 12 to 24 hours of notifying the office of my need. The grounds are always kept up and kept clean. Best place to live this side of the bridge.

I truly love love love my apartment and the complex! Management and maintenance have been so helpful and professional. The property is also clean and attractive. However, the rusted, dated (2007), nonmatching appliances are the only reason I have rated it 4 stars instead of 5. This was unexpected and rather disappointing, given the expensive price point. Other than that, Angelo's Grove is a great place to call home; and I have been very happy here. 😊

Work orders are answered in a timely manner. Rent is affordable & the office staff / maintenance crew are very friendly. I enjoy living at Angelo’s Grove, it’s nice & quiet!!

Came in and accessed problem and ordered new microwave unit. I saw him later and ask not to service me if some people are without A/C because that is how I would like it if my A/C was out. He was caught up and came & replaced the microwave. Always friendly & customer oriented as well as very knowledgeable about his job. Love the maintenance supervisor/man & know you have a real asset there!

If my experience living in Angelo's Grove is anything like the service I have received so far, then it's gonna be the BOMB!! Neshoba has been nothing but amazing with helping us move. Talking to her is like talking to a friend you've known forever. She is not only professional but very kind and willing to help in any way that she can. I'm looking forward to living there knowing there are people like her who help run the office!

I moved to my place September of 2017. It was a very nice and pleasant experience living At Angelo’s grove. Anytime that I needed anything Ms.Theresa or Bethany made sure things we’re taking care of. They made our transition to Marion,AR very comfortable living and smooth. I cried as we left our last day, it was bittersweet. I needed to save and being a single parent things got a little hard. So, other than that I would’ve had moved anytime soon. I recommend Angelos grove over any apartment in the area. Great office staff and maintenance..

I lived in Angelo's Grove for my first 3 years out of college and I absolutely loved it! The ladies in the office are some of the most friendly and kind hearted people who be ever met. This gated community is a very quiet and calming place to live. There is a renters insurance requirement which was not something I originally budgeted for, but in the long run it worked out. Would definitely recommend this community to anyone starting their career in the West Memphis/Marion area. This community is very pet friendly, however my mini lab wasn't getting enough space to run around in my upstairs apartment so I have recently moved into a house with a yard, otherwise I would've happily lived in Angelo's Grove for 3 more years!
