I had a terrific experience at this office in the past week, thanks to Rebeka and Anita. My family was able to set up an in-person appointment with Anita where she patiently walked us through the nuances of our insurance plan and demonstrated great expertise. Rebeka works up front and was both friendly and very consistent; she had quick response times and follow through on multiple phone calls and emails on a time-sensitive issue and helped me and my family when I really needed it.

This is a great State Farm branch, I highly recommend Anita and her team.

I was previously with AAA and was very satisfied with their service. However, upon a friend's recommendation, I decided to insure three vehicles through a State Farm office over the past few months, paying a total of $555.00 monthly. Recently, when I contacted them to request a change to my policy, I was informed that I would need to wait a week for them to review my request. Additionally, their app does not allow customers to make policy changes independently; instead, these changes must be handled by an agent. When I reached out to customer service, I was repeatedly referred back to the agent, which added to my frustration. I ultimately had to call multiple times to cancel my policy with this office.

Unfortunately, their customer service has been consistently disappointing. While they were pleasant during the initial policy purchase, errors were made in the setup, and the process for making changes has been inefficient. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.
****To answer to your comment :hen you purchase the insurance from your office, the regional office can't touch the policy. I am so disappointed with your staff and services. It has nothing to do with the regional office. You sell the policy, so you need to take responsibility when changes are needed or if there’s a problem.

She has been absolutely the best agent we have *ever* worked with. Exceedingly responsible, committed, caring, and thorough. A very great office. Staff is very friendly. I work with Rebecca, Tammy, Maryam and a gentlemen at that office. They take care of you, answer all questions and explain things. My mom and I are working on having them being our new State Farm agents.

I went with my son and daughter to this agency because a friend introduced us to the place. Anita said she wanted to handle our policy herself to ensure we received the best deal. She mentioned that all the cars were insured under my daughter's name. When my daughter called at the end of February to remove the Uber from one of the cars, they told us it would take a week to process. In reputable companies like AAA, this is done immediately, and you can see the change in your policy right away But with this office no . After waiting more than 7 days, my daughter called back, frustrated, and informed them that I was tired of waiting and speaking with different people. She requested that they cancel my policy .After many uncomfortable conversations and taking time off from work, they told her they couldn’t backdate the Uber removal and still didn't know how much of a refund we would receive. This is just a small part of the story.
We took the time to write this so others don’t make the same mistake we did. The regional office Cannot do nothing when you buy police from private agent .They ask my daughter to remove our comment but we will not not because has any benefit for us .but we do the review to people pay attention more before they buy policy .

Our State Farm home insurance transferred to Anita Shahbazian after the retirement of of our existing agent. We drove to her office to renew our policy. Located walking distance from Santa Teresa Blvd in south San Jose, we entered the office.

The staff is very helpful and professionally certified for insurance. We met five employees and renewed our insurance policy, paying was very simple. It is an excellent State Farm agency and we highly recommend.
