Phil is really expieranced, professional, and has great customer service. No appointment is needed. Fast and professional process. Fees are decent and acceptable. Great place to get a notary, car insurance& registration, and tax application.

He is very personable and caring. When it comes to the tax process he makes it easy efficiently and gracefully, he makes sure your in and out in little time. I would say his scheduling of appointments could be done better especially during tax time. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appt and their were 2 ppl in front of me.

I simply go there to pick up a UPS package, arrived at 9:30am Tue, not open yet. Business hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am -6:00pm. If a business cannot follow schedule, how can it deliver quality service/solution to customers?
