This place is a wonderful private park that the city of anthem actually owns so they have somebody come out and clean it every day they have a train that you can ride for $5 that runs through it they have a skate park a baseball field several times that you can fish at frontier places that you can sit and eat and have parties at that I'm sure you can rent the ramadas for. The kids playground also has a splash park and a separate place for kids under 5. It is very clean ( even the bathrooms). A great place for family fun.

Incredibly cheerful atmosphere for relaxing and simply breathing in with gratitude. With shady walks, beautifully healthy trees and lawn, and smiles from side to side, this amazing park has it all! And clean? While I wouldn’t eat off the sidewalk, it’s extremely clean.

And, I overheard the radio off one of the workers changing out the garbage can. It was someone suspicious they were following to question. Although my kids are grown, this is an added benefit of this park—they care!

On the other side of the park, the huge lake that entertains the fishermen is crystal clear, home of graceful fowl, and numerous types of warmth from water, to sunlight, to people.

If you’d like a glimpse of perfection, pack up a picnic and come on over for a baseball game, a dog walk, or a moment of solace.

Beautiful park with ponds, large trees and green lawn where you can sit, walk and play. It has a beautiful atmosphere in the morning (quiet with nice dog walkers) and in the afternoon and evening (a lot of happy families). There are nice playgrounds, barbecue and picnic areas, different sports grounds, a skateboard area, an old fashioned train and wildlife (a lot of different birds on the water). The restrooms are mostly clean.
Please always clean after yourself and your kids and dogs - that's essential for everybody.

Love this park. My daughter loves all the slides and we were pleasantly surprised that the splash pad was working.
The train is very reasonably priced and is a staple of our visit.

Definitely recommend to take the kids. This playground is better than anything I ever had as a kid. The three-story playground is very unique. There are always a ton of kids there for my kids to play with. The park also has a train, tickets cost five dollars regardless of age. The train ride is fairly long and covers most of the park. Parking can be difficult at certain times. And the best part is that the park is free!

I love this park and playground! My father has a brick laid for him at the Anthem Veterans Memorial, so we always go and visit him here. It’s an honor to have a place in Arizona to “visit” him. The playground has amazing equipment that we all enjoy playing on (even the adults). The parks and ponds are kept clean and nourished. We love visiting the docks in the ponds. We also enjoy playing basketball on the courts. There is a kids train that can be rode on for a small fee. This is a huge and beautiful park.

This place is amazing! It's one of my favorite parks. There's geese and ducks everywhere. The man-made lakes/ponds are well-maintained and stocked with fish and have plenty of fountains with good flowing water so it doesn't end up smelly like some other man-made lakes/ponds in Phoenix parks I've been to.

I like the grass and the sidewalks with their twists and turns winding throughout the park. Very peaceful and relaxing here. Basketball court and even drinking fountains for the dogs. Ramadas everywhere with great picnic tables that are clean. Fun splash pad that's not really used in the winter but a BIG playground right next to it that dog walkers aren't allowed into.
