Anthony Cellini and his team provided my wife and I excellent service as we first, bought our property in Lake of the Woods, designed & built our Lake House. Anthony and his team provided us with our property loan through a very creative provider permitting us to purchase our Lake front lot in the Lake of the Woods. They retooled the loan into a construction loan which enabled us to build our forever “ Lake House, docks, bulk heading and landscaping and finally wrapping it up with a very competitive 30 yr fixed loan…all this helped to protect our cash flow and have a strategic tax position. May I add, a year later when interest rates became more competitive, they called and positioned us on a much better interest rate for a 30-yr fixed rate !! We recommend Anthony and his team to you !!

This was my first homebuying experience. Anthony, Alec, and Meredith were quick to reply to my questions with thorough responses that felt personal (not canned). Anthony explained the process in ways that were easy for me to understand. Describing closing costs in terms of "buckets" was a nice visual that stayed with me throughout the process. The document portal was great. I like that I could also email documents and nobody responded by telling me to load them to the data portal. Very client friendly!
