Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I regret ever trusting AIG (Aon Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., CA License #2G94493) with my insurance needs. From start to finish, this company has proven to be nothing short of a scam designed to rip off hardworking customers.

First, their policies are riddled with hidden fees and loopholes that they conveniently fail to explain upfront. When I needed to file a claim, they dragged their feet for weeks, only to deny it over a vague technicality buried in the fine print. Their customer service is a joke.

Save yourself the headache and money—DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIG/AON AFFINITY. They prioritize profits over people, and their unethical tactics will leave you frustrated and financially burned. There are far better, honest insurers out there who actually value their customers.

Do not use this insurance it is a scam, I provided so many docs, screen shots of 2 flight cancelation and 3rd flight delayed, they just kept asking for more and more and not approving. Waste of money

I have provided countless documents to prove that I was required to work during the vacation from the federal government. I even provided more than needed and asked the date just be changed. They are still denying the claim do not add this coverage. It's a scam.

Horrible company! I reserved a room in San Antonio because we had a hurricane in Houston and we couldn't find a hotel in Houston. I purchased the insurance on the slight chance that a room in Houston would become available. Fortunately, we found a room within an hour of Houston which saved us a 2.5 hour drive. AON decided to prey on the unfortunate victims of the storm and not reimburse us for the room in San Antonio.
