STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! yea prices look nice but they are all roach infested. Mold is ridiculous here as well i had it in my kitchen and even my vent to the point it started to blow out on all my belongings. But yet still no fix.. Lindsey the office manager says it's not an emergency so you just have to deal with it. Maintenance sucks and doesn't do crap either like they just hured random ppl off street who you wouldn't want in your house alone. Santrice was the only person in the office who actually showed she cared until she left. They went through a few office ppl because apparently Noone liked to work with Lindsey who has her head far up her own butt. I became sick living here!! I was just living there a few months ago so this was very recent. STAY AWAY & SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION IT AINT WORTH IT AT ALL.

I looked at many apartments today, & Merrimac was by far the best & most welcoming. The rental prices are better than literally everywhere else. The one bedroom is spacious enough for me & my dog. And Ms. Santrice is an absolute angel. She made me feel so comfortable & answered any questions that I had. I would be thrilled to live here!

The only good thing I like about these apartments is the location ! It’s in the middle of everything ! Everything else I hate about it . My rent rent from $755 to $905 in the past 4 years . & they go up every year When I renew my lease. I only have a 1 bedroom apartments that about 515 square footage . It is NOT worth it . They never come check on anything that’s wrong but the minute you a day late on rent, they quick to put a letter on your door . Again, NOT worth it . I am in the process of looking for a new place. Ms. Amanda was the coolest lady at the rental office. RIP to her

The tour she gave me friend and I of the apartment was wonderful 👍🏽, She made me very comfortable because I was a little nervous, she was very informative. Very nice place. I would love to live there.

So far, my boyfriend and I have had a fantastic experience. We went in about 2-3 weeks ago for a tour with Ms.Santrice! She was absolutely spectacular - passionate about the community, extremely informative, and very helpful! We definitely recommend giving the Apartments of Merrimac at least a visit to check them out!
