This location is by far one the best within all of Apple! Plenty of parking, the tellers are quick and knowledgeable, the service representatives are amazing when helping me with my loan needs and the management have always been professional and prompt with me! Doris and Jose and amazing!

They have a nice big waiting area with plenty of chairs and free coffee for members which I appreciate. Not to mention how professional this location looks.

There's two ATMs here which work great all the time, plus two loans at a drive thru which is extremely helpful when I don't want to get of my car.

10/10, I'll keep coming to this location!

This bank is definitely not ready to address fraud. I’ve been a member for years but times are changing and security features (fraud alerts etc.) need to be top notch. Times are changing and fraud is a major issue that’s only getting worse. It’s definitely time to make a change because securing customer funds is important and if there are major weaknesses, that’s a serious issue. The worst part is not getting answers on the status of my fraud claim. Definitely a sign to move on!

This branch is under 5* because of their lack of work. They don’t want to work. They want us to do everything. People go to drive through to avoid things that we don’t know. But there is a new lady (cobra ) something like that her name refusing me to Deposit . I was there before and deposited with another lady she had done perfectly. But this new lady was super rude. She didn’t make it. She just doesn’t want to work. AFCU needs provide well trained people to help us. This is not fare..!!! Wasted my time.

Hi All, I wanted to share the issues I am having with customer service at Apple Federal Credit Union. The credit union lost a check of mine in the amount of $500. I know they have the check , since it has already been cashed and verified by the third party bank. I've made 3 calls, sent e-mails and done everything that the Credit Union has asked me to and this issue is still not rectified. Calls have not been returned, e-mails have received no replies. I'm in business for myself, the 1.5 - 2 hours I've spent on this is time when I'm not earning income. It's frustrating. I cannot recommend Apple Federal Credit Union as a financial institution.

Online check deposit program is no good. They didn't let me deposit the check, sent a silly non-explanitory email for a reason, then didn't even bother to keep the pictures of the check for reference when I called about it. What kind of business deletes anything within a week let alone a couple years?
Bank of America is my other bank and I plan to transfer all of my money to them now. Apple FCU is no good. BofA mobile deposit works wonderfully. It's quick the camera light comes on and it automatically snaps the picture when it's in view. I can look at the pictures of the check and my mobile deposit slip through the app, months later.
Apple's does none of that. I was patient enough to try to get a well lit picture (and press the middle of the screen for capture), and they still couldn't do their part. I even came to sit in at the 22315 location and one of the consultants (tall guy) tried to ask me to come back tomorrow (because they were closing), but I'd been sitting there for at least 20 minutes waiting. Needless to say, I didn't let that happen. I just suggest that you don't waste time, it may seem good even really good at first but it has changed for the worst.

When I arrived, a car was parked ((w/out handicapped tags) in the Reserved parking spot. Dayvon, Apple Fed. Credit Union employee was assisting an elderly woman and her husband get to their vehicle. He was so caring and friendly! Thanks for all you do above and beyond your typical duties, Dayvon! 😊
