April Knapp is THE BEST! I have been a landlord for over 25 years and April has been the best property manager I ever had. I have numerous properties, but the one April managed always ran the smoothest. She managed it for six years and took care of everything. She was attentive to my needs, as well as the tenants, and the HOA. I have been a realtor for many years, at a competing real estate firm, and I used April for instead of my own company. You cannot go wrong with April Knapp!
