Kathy Lee in customer service deserves 10 stars. We spent two hours on the phone with BCBS trying to enroll for 2023, the application was submitted wrong TWICE, and when we called back a week later we were told another hour was needed to fix the mistakes that had been made. So very glad we could talk to someone in person and got everything fixed in under 30 minutes. Kathy, you are an angel and we so appreciate you!!

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this place. They continually told me I needed paperwork to get our insurance that I ended up not actually needing. I went 3 times during open enrollment, to finally on the last day get a plan. I was told my sons insurance would be back dated, then the paperwork needed to get his insurance backdated to his birthdate was never filed so we had to pay out of pocket for all of that. Now, I have dealing with coverage cancelation due to lack of info and help.

Couldn't get approved for a ct scan due to the process. Ie it take days to a week to get approved. So doctor sent me over to the ER to get a cat scan. Due to having chest and abdominal pain. Now i been in the ER with pain for 8 hours and haven't got seen yet. Then it will take another 24 hours at least to get results and possibly longer to get ananlized

I have had to visit this location twice to discuss how to handle a few claims in regards to a hospitalization/coordination of benefits with multiple coverage's, and they have been extremely helpful in both encounters. Not sure why anyone has rated this location so poorly, as the facility is very clean, the process is simple/fast and they have several individuals onsite ready to assist however possible.
