Unorganized. Unprofessional. Always feeling like I’m getting run around. Never really getting straight answers. Feel misled by lender.
Worst loan experience of my life. I’ve bought and sold 4 homes and
I’ve never had such such a horrible time..
Literally this has been the worst experience period.

I usually do not give 1 star reviews, but I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I came in and talked to the receptionist Mandy who was very unkind and not welcoming at all. My husband and I have our mortgage loan through this bank and Linda is great. But will not get another loan through this bank because of the hospitality.

The worst bank in Arkansas. They closed my business account without any notice and refused to tell me why they did that. Staff is absolutely the worst to deal with and I never received my funds that were available in my account before they closed it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE

Steve, Greg, and Nick are very helpful and insightful, along with the rest of the staff. From basic checking accounts to loans, they will make sure you are taken care of. The interior is clean and they’re always quick and efficient

Hands down the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I had some questions about my account and the staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I requested a manger and got the same treatment. Do not recommend!

Do not fall behind they will repo your vehicle and use the most expensive tow company they can find and in order to get your vehicle back you have to pay the entire amount of loan left plus the tow cost having to pay $606 after paying the loan off to Absolute towing and recovery for them getting my vehicle and towing it 8 miles absolute joke merry Christmas!

I am still flabbergasted. I went into this bank and needed change as I had only 2 - $50 bills and was going somewhere that would be impossible to pay and them being able to break a $50. I thought, banks can make change, they have money. I was asked for my name and the purpose of breaking a $50. TO GET SMALLER BILLS, DUH!!! I normally bank with Citizens, but since I was in Fort Smith I was closer to this bank than Citizens family bank, First National Bank of Fort Smith. I definitely did WRONG!!! I had no idea that breaking bills was a crime in which they needed my name. If their intention was for me to never come back into their establishment again, this bank achieved an A+. I WILL NEVER GO INTO ANOTHER ARMSTRONG BANK AS LONG AS I LIVE. I am truly sorry for ruining your establishment that had ZERO customers there when this happened. Thank you for confirming I am banking with a better bank.

This bank used to be really good, but has gone down hill. They lady I talked to about an overdraft charge earlier was extremely rude. I believe her name was Kay or something like that. I would advise anyone to not get an account with armstrong and look else for their banking needs.
