Case# 159012017 Arrowhead Zurich American Insurance

Despite numerous emails and phone calls, their third party Adjuster, American Claims Management (ACM) is very unprofessional and not responding to their valued customers making us so disappointed and perturbed. The most alarming is that the claim due to the hail damage in question is two years old and their final check is still awaited despite following up with even their President, Dhara and Director, Barnard and Manager, Patricia and Charlotte several times. It looks like the ACM dont understand the importance despite paying them a hefty premium of over $3800 per annum and they substantially hiked the premium recently. We never had issues with other Insurance Companies in the past. Hope, ACM will resolve this 2 year-long issue on priority basis once for all and send us the necessary check professionally without any further delay.

I am in receipt of your response two days ago and noted its contents.

It's untrue. Charlotte, Sr. Property Adjuster confirmed me over the phone on May 26th that she talked to the higher level including their compliance team and finally agreed that she will send out this small pending payment as well in full provided I sign a declaration form as asked by their compliance team which says that I will not ask any more payments in the future and our file will be closed as soon as this pending payment is issued. I replied her saying that why should I sign on a declaration form like this and send it to you. Please listen the said recorded conversation I had with her on that particular day as a testimony and keep your word after verifying it as a professional company. I also emailed her the old drip edge and gutter pictures on the same day as asked by her for records. And changing the whole thing again every day is totally unprofessional and unethical which may please be noted.

Sorry to state that you are completely useless (Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc. Owner), just copying and resending your initial reply instead of going through the above facts dated 06.06.23 and instantly taking up the matter with your management team and resolving this long standing pending issue once for all. They are not responding to me properly hence this review online.

Salesman stopped by and called weekly, but once that check is handed over the service goes out the window. We asked for a follow up and modification to the policy, but never happened. Matter of fact, we never saw the agent again or even heard from him. Then, we never received out bills or had our payment auto-drafted as asked MULTIPLE times. So, now we find out we have a policy that has been dropped for months WITHOUT being contacted. Not even once. There was no answer as to why our payment was never pulled, no answer as to why we were not contacted, and no answer to why we were not notified that we were dropped. LUCKILY we never cancelled out liberty mutual policy and were double insured the whole time. I would suggest liberty mutual for anything insurance related.

Arrowhead General Insurance is a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! They are the worst insurance to have or to work with!!!! I do not even have them as my insurance but I was recently in a car accident and the person responsible for the accident has Arrowhead General Insurance. I have been waiting for 3 Months for Arrowhead General Insurance to send me my claims check in order to get my car fixed. They messed up on the insurance claim by filling it under an EXPIRED claim!!! Now Every time i call, and i mean “EVERY TIME I CALL” Arrowhead nobody wants to answer my phone calls, Emails, or text messages. I have left plenty of voice mails and still have not heard ONE SINGLE RESPONSE!!!! I had to call them from a completely different phone number because I feared they were ignoring my calls, emails, and text messages. Once I called from a different number the insurance lady i was assigned to, LISA JAQUEZ, finally answered the phone for the first time since they messed up on filing the claim. And now of course, they stopped responding to that number as well. This is literally the worst company to ever deal with. I fear i might have to get a lawyer involved over the situation to make sure i Am properly compensated for the damages to my car that was NOT MY FAULT! I definitely advise Everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE!

When I was buying a house, the home insurance was never paid for through escrow because of confusing language from Arrowhead General Insurance Agency. They said the policy had been "paid in full" (past tense), and it was written on the documentation exactly like that. Everyone thought the insurance was paid for because of this statement, especially since it was in past tense. Therefore, I didn't have insurance on my home for some time after closing. Arrowhead did nothing to try to help resolve this matter and claimed no responsibility.

I have been a LONG time customer if this firm and the very first time I have a claim it’s sent off to a company called (American claims management) look them up. They literally have worse reviews than arrowhead. It’s a feat to achieve feedback that bad and the best part of it is? It’s all warranted and it’s all accurate. Nancy is a terrible manager with extremely poor communication skills and as long as you just pay your premium and don’t have a claim I’d like to say you won’t have an issue but I can’t even say that. Do yourself a favor and DONT USE THiS COMPANY this is coming from a long time good customer that is on his way out due to their incredible incapabilities. If you use them then it’s on you, as you have been warned.

This insurance group employs completely unqualified and not capable of dealing with customers people. They made a mistake regarding to our home condition’ evaluation and refused to fix it even after we submitted all the necessary documents. Somebody there decided that our house is unoccupied! We submitted all electrical bills; then they said house is in a bad condition - we submitted letter from the builder that house is in a great condition.
They still canceled our policy! This is the worst experience ever we had with insurance company! Unfortunately this company is underwriter for Geico, so they damage Geico reputation as well!

If no stars out of 5 was an option that would be their rating. I started a property insurance claim to water damage for the roof and interior of my house. Needless to say from the get go I had major communication issues with this company. First of all my original claims adjuster apparently left the company and it took about 3 months constant calls, voicemails, and emails and myself asking the reps when I called the main phone # to even mention that we were given a new adjuster. Once I had got a hold of the new adjuster after a few calls and voicemails that were ignored I was then only to be called back when I threatened to call their manager. Just seeing these reviews is a good reason to make sure you check company ratings before you have them insure your property. As far as the owner coming on here and apologizing there is no need for it. Just fix your company.

They did an inspection one month after purchasing their policy and threatened to cancel my policy because "There appears to be an undisclosed wood burning stove on the premises" which I never had or have.

They ask me to submit info about this imaginary stove within 14 days. I don't know what to do now. I have been living here for years and using other issuance, never told about the stove.

Not sure if the company is legit or not but I signed with Geico and they are the underwriter. I regret using their service so much.
