We have been very pleased with Artisan, which manages two properties for us. It provides real in-house expertise in property maintenance that has proven to be of immense value in dealing with tenant issues and property upgrades. It has a convenient web-based record system, but its staff remain available for telephone queries or, if appropriate, face-to-face meetings. This experience is in stark contrast to our previous property management firm, which had little in-house expertise and tried to manage everything over the internet with no face-to-face contact whatsoever. In addition, Artisan has been quite successful in finding new tenants when the need has arisen.
