I had an issue with my 2018 BMW 530e where was a leak on my oil coolant. After the estimate was given to me and my BMW rep called my extended warranty the ASC Agent called me within hours, I was very impressed. She told me that the dealership was estimating the work to take 2 more hours than the ASC warranty would cover and I asked her to call them back and represent my case (argue about the amount of time it should take to do the work) and she got them to lower the amount of time it would take to fix the issue. Bottom line I only had to pay the tax portion of the bill and it was a very high amount of money to fix the issue. I couldn't be happier with my extended warranty and the friendly/professional service they provided for me. I would highly recommend this extended warranty company to my friends and family if they need one and it has already paid for itself after one claim. THANK YOU ASC!

Didn't think I'd ever be writing a positive review for an extended warranty company, but here we are. I recently bought a used vehicle and purchased the factory coverage from ASC. I was admittedly extremely hesitant at first given all of the negative things you hear about extended warranty companies denying claims, but it has been an incredible experience so far. We had a fairly large repair come up and my mechanic called and had an approved claim within 15 minutes. He said that he was shocked that it was such a smooth process. Very happy that we got the extra coverage and will definitely be purchasing again for future cars.

As a service writer at a dealership over the last 7 months I have worked with this company multiple times. The process is super easy, you always get a live person on the phone, and they pay very quickly. I can't say enough how important it is in my line of work to not be stuck on the phone forever trying to get a claim approved, and they take care of their customers quickly. I purchased the warranty with my vehicle, I was of course skeptical of the coverage and didn't expect to have to use it. Low and behold there was an issue with the A/C during the middle of the summer, in Alabama. I called ASC to find out where I needed to take it. They told me to take it to the mechanic of my choice and provide them ASC information to file the claim.

My mechanic said they would work through the warranty company but it typically took a few days to weeks, for warranty company's to approve anything. The next day they called me and told me the compressor was going out on the A/C, but they had good news, ASC already approved the repairs.

The mechanic said he has never worked with them before and was impressed with the ease of the process and the payments.

I must say this company has sold me on their services. I am renewing my warranty agreement and have recommended it to others if they are buying a vehicle.

I thought they did fantastic, I didn't have to do anything, other than take the car to a certified repair shop. The repair shop and ASC handled everything. No hassles no hoops to jump through, just absolutely great service. I've never been happier with a warranty claim in my life. Way easier than going to the dealership and trying to get something done on warranty. FANTASTIC PERIOD and the price for the warranty is dirt cheap in my opinion. My only regret is my car's to old to upgrade to the maximum warranty they provide.

The warranty says extended but their coverage is very limited. They are fighting me on repairs that are derailed in the warranty. The staff have given me their personal opinion rather than respecting mine and remaining professional. That was a supervisor. They asked for a second opinion on my vehicle, that I would need to pay for and requested to send their own inspector to view the vehicle. Very difficult. Please research other car warranty providers.

Update edit number two; dealership is the saying they themselves are the only ones allowed to void this contract. Not the warranty company. So what was that paper for?
update/edit: I called the place that finances the vehicle and they had a different phone number for this place. That phone number seems to be more helpful so far. They sent me the form to have the contract deleted so depending on how that goes through I will update my stars!

dealership wants to sneak this protection plan on customers For $1500. I just watched another customer leave with several repairs needed with their vehicle that aren't getting fixed by the dealership. this place answers the phone like they're gonna be helpful just to tell you to deal with the dealership. I asked her why does she need all my information (Which I gave her just fine), for a general rule That applies to everybody?! Something sketchy going on here. can't even get them to help you get a tow. Had to tow the van up there twice before the first payment is even due!
