It all started out with a friendly smile at the front desk!! Absolutely focused on your issues and attentiveness to my pain was absolute! As if I was the only person in the office! I barely sat down and immediately taken to the back by Brit where she thoroughly asked questions and probed to find out the best plan of action we could take.. Her consideration to my pain was fantastic!! Her light touch but matter a fact technique was admirable! Meeting Dr. Heath was a pleasure. I wasn’t just a patient but more like a friend. His bed side manner was impeccable! He joked with me and asked me questions about my life and seemed genuinely interested in me as an individual! My nerves were shot due to being in absolute pain for 5 days however he was not moved. Calm and collected he proceeded to perform the procedures he needed to.. Boy was I grateful!!! I can’t say enough about my experience especially being a new patient! I think the greatest of it all was when Dr Heath called later that night to check on me. Thank you for giving me a sense of comfort in my hours of agony! Totally impressed!!! From the door to the door it was a great experience!! I can’t say enough finally I can eat today!!! Woohoo!!!

Tina is the best Hygienist I've ever had and I have followed her. The staff at The front desk and Dr. Heath was so personable and really seemed extremely caring that I felt comfortable at his practice. I highly recommend him.

I had a crack in one of my molars and an inside corner broke away. Aspen Dental was able to get me in. Jacob Heath DDS drilled out the old filling, refilled & built up the broken side. I am very pleased with the result!

My first visit was a broken tooth. They worked me in the same day. Dr. Heath was professional and took time to visit and explain the work that needed to be done. His office staff and dental staff were very helpful and accommodating. This made a stressful visit much more pleasant.

My partner had an appointment to start service with these people and the front desk people were very rude and dismissive, and They were unapologetic and cross when she cancelled her appointment because if it. You can’t treat people like crap because they look different. I thought we were out of high school.
