Lived here for a few months, the apartments are very affordable and the property management is great! Very friendly, and understanding. Any maintenance needed is super reliable, and fast. Love living here 🙂

if you absolutely love living in sewage, this is the perfect place for you! there’s been at least 100ft of sewage just draining into the roads for about 3 months now. There are children that ride their bikes through this/run barefoot through it thinking it’s just water. Anytime they drain it, they leave behind the feces and toilet paper. When it gets hot outside the entire area smells like a portapotty.

Not to mention, I can hear every word in my neighbor’s conversations, the pool hasn’t been open in almost 3 years, the floors are super squeaky, etc. get what you paid for I guess

We love living here. The management truly cares about their tenants. They have an amazing community of people that get together and try to help others and to make a difference in our community.(something rarely seen nowadays) The pool, gym and laundry are just the icing on the cake with this amazing place.

I've been at Aspen Heights for 2 and half years now. I'm Happy to call the place home. The atmosphere is quiet, the neighborhood feels safe, there's only great people onsite, which live here and the staff in the office have become like family. The rent is affordable too which is a plus.. I would highly recommend Aspen Heights if you are looking for an affordable place to rent.

Toured an apartment last Friday, Very beautiful complex & I can tell a lot of hard work has gone into it. I remember it being Oak Brook & man it has come a long way! The Manager was very helpful, He showed us around and they have a lot to offer! Thanks Zayne for the opportunity to rent from you 🤗🤗

Have been living here for 6 months the landlord Mrs Katrina is an amazing landlord the maintenance man Zayne is wonderful they are both willing to help with anything you need. Gotta say one of the best managers yet. The only downfall of this place is the end of kinkeade rd it floods super bad! Other than that great place great people lively environment.

We were in a desperate need of a place asap as my previous landlord was to demolish the home I was in and evicted us. We found Aspen Heights and from the moment we came in Katrina Williams made us feel welcome. Is it a perfect place, no but it's been perfect for us. When we moved in we had an unexpected welcome gift that just made us feel special. Katrina is down to earth, sweet, personable, patient, and understanding. Some of the best qualities you can have as a property manager.
