I placed one star only because I had to. I have done business with them several times. The first time I placed an antique juicer with them and I noticed in the auction pictures the bottom half was missing I didn't say anything I figured sometimes these things happen. Over all my experience with them has been satisfactory. I did place some electronics with them and received my Apple computer back and it was cracked on both sides of the screen. I accepted that as maybe it was slightly damaged when picked up. My main complaint is that my phone number was given out to a buyer with out my permission and my knowledge. With a promise to the buyer I would fix whatever issues he had. This individual purchased an ipad and apparently we did not clear it out and it still had our email. We allowed the man to come to our home and reset it for him and was happy to do it. However, A.A. LLC. took their part of the sale and they claim they check everything before they comment on its status if this was the case I should have been contacted before the sale and it would have been taken care of before it was purchased. Also we saran wrapped the cords to the items and the buyer said there were no cords. So I wonder what happened to those. A.A. did not morally or legally have the write to give out my personal information.
