0⭐️ but it’s a good quiet neighborhood in briarwood area close to my job I’ve lived here in Summerhill apartments for 1yr and 4 months my only complaint is I’ve been dealing with this issue for a year, still is to this day, I reported it in March I’m so tired of having to come downstairs to sleep on my sofa due to my neighbor nonsense, it’s a terrible,foul odor that smells like a landfill and sewer burning coming through the vents every night between 12am-4am, wakes me out my sleep with a bad headache,the manager said if it’s marijuana she can’t do anything about it I told her it’s not that, then she said the tenant said it’s eucalyptus which is a lie I know what eucalyptus smells like and it doesn’t give me a bad headache I called drug task force because the police on my job said it sounds like Meth,the manager claims it was gas which the gas company was called last year, ducts was also checked they found nothing wrong, I’ve sent numerous emails called the police on several occasions one officer smelled a slight odor which I told him it is way stronger in my bedroom, he explained he couldn’t do anything but owner could, the officer said those are the hours Meth smokers will smoke and if she not smoking it she definitely cooking it,I called the owner Beavers he claims she hasn’t done anything out side of her lease but it’s been going on for a year just last night again I had to come sleep on my sofa, this woman be paranoid and jumpy when she sees you I’ve put notes on her door explaining it’s affecting me and my daughter, no response. They don’t care we having restless nights, if it was the other way around my door would’ve been kicked in by now, I’m black she’s white and I personally feels she is related to him because both the owner and manager taking up for her and made excuses every time I said something which the manager said it was hard getting her in here and wish she would move. Like I told them I’m not trying to get anyone kicked out but it needs to stop! I should’ve have to come downstairs to sleep every other night, Beavers is willing to let me out lease but it’s hard finding something in this area. It’s crazy
