I absolutely encourage all renters to avoid renting from this "company". The lack of professionalism is impossible to understand. Tasks are managed with EGO's above legality, duty, & courtesy. Employee turnover is high. They literally ignore phone calls and emails. If you show up at their office, they will tell you they don't have time to speak to you. - Absurd. They refuse to fix the hot water problem in our building. Laundry facilities are always problematic. They do not communicate with the apartment manger here, making him look incompetent. If you have a service/support animal and you put that on your application, your application will not be considered. Firtinately I didn't have one when I moved into the building, but I did get one shortly after. I literally had to file a complaint with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. This is the only reason I have a support animal today. They had previously denied it and were continuing to try and deny it. Since that incident, it has been clear this company prefers to do as they wish over what they are legally obligated. If you exert your rights or express your frustrations, they literally look for reasons to harass you and/or evict you. This will likely happen again to me with posting this review.
With the recent fires, I rescued a little kitten and posted it on Facebook to find his home or a foster family. The area supervisor, came across my Facebook post and immediately assumed I had the animal in my unit. She wanted me served notice before even asking questions. Fortunately for this company, the apartment manager was smart enough to ask questions prior to serving me notice. This is what I mean about them trying to find a way to harass you. When she realized I knew she was stalking me on my Facebook, she blocked me.
Sounds nuts right? - That's because it is.
