Atlantic&Pacific management is a terrible company. They only know to collect the HOA money but did not things for the community where I am living. They never come to my area to inspect and enforce the general rules. I emailed property manager She never response. I called her she just promise that she will do but never happen. So frustrated, Is there anyway to get rid of HOA or make them to do their duty? Anyone known? please share your idea. Thanks

What service does this company provide, other than a lack of service and response. Don’t post threats to peoples vehicles that are properly parked. Oh let me guess, Covid is the reason why they don’t pick up their phone or answer VM’s. We’re out of Covid, pull your head out, Atlantic Pacific. It boggles my mind that an HOA wastes money on unaccountable companies and people such as Atlantic Pacific.

Literally any HOA company would be better than this one. They don't answer calls, are impolite and unprofessional. They will only communicate via email, in a highly frigid way, even if you are polite and accommodating regarding the community. I have no idea how these people are even in business.... other than the fact the builder of our community selected this as the HOA before selling the townhomes. Stay clear of this place, they don't care about residents and will give you minimum responses and are entirely unhelpful or informative. It doesn't matter how nice or helpful you are about your community - they act jaded and bothered like you steal the very air they breathe by simply submitting a valid inquiry.

I am a resident of one of the properties Atlantic & Pacific Management is the HOA for. Let me tell you this is by far the worst HOA I have ever been in contact with. They will blame you for things that you have nothing to do with and expect payment. About a year ago I had Direct TV installed. The technician had to access a closet to the satellite that always is locked to tenants. I cancelled my Direct TV account months ago, but I am now getting Violation notices today stating

"We just found out then when you or your tenant hooked up to the building satellite, you cut all the wires for everyone else in the building. Making the satellite useless for anyone. Therefore there is going to be a charge to you to restore the wiring to all other units in that building. We will let you the cost when we get one."

this is not only offensive as I do not have access to the satellite closet, but it has wasted my time and patience dealing with Direct TV on this matter for something that was done a year ago by a Direct TV technician.

Dominic Cirillo has been very unhelpful in figuring out what the problem was with the wiring, and just wants to pass the cost onto the homeowner to avoid any cost on his end. The fees are very high for this property that has no pool, a non working Jacuzzi, and they will replace a damaged playground with fake grass to avoid having to pay any money.

This is straight up the most frustrating company that I've had to work with. When I requested the water to be shut off (so that plumber can replace my water valve), I was asked to put the notice on neighbor doors myself. The only help they provided was giving me the template to print out. We were then given a two-hour window during which the water would be shut off, but nobody showed up, and apparently nobody in the office could make any decision or have any information besides Dominic Cirillo, who cannot be reached this whole morning. 3 hrs of wasted time which I will probably be charged for by the plumber, and this simple job is delayed by a week.

If I could choose between being homeless or living on any property owned by this company I would choose homeless .

The professionalism and integrity of this company is some of the of the worst I have ever seen, anything and everything you can think of that would make a company terrible this company ticks all of the boxes.

Most specifically their willows property in Escondido California, their online pay portal frequently malfunctions causing unnecessary and unwarranted fees on your checking and savings accounts. Frequent pest control problems including cockroaches and termites. A love hate relationship with western towing company. And of course it’s pathetic security detail it has for the evenings.

My advice for any and all hopefuls is looking for a new apartment, stay away from any property owned by Atlantic Pacific

This is a company only concerned with the bottom line. They increased the monthly rate immediately and have yet to fix anything. The pool house and sauna was poorly maintained and instead of repairing it they have just closed it indefinitely. They gate closed on my car and when I talked to Dominic Cirillo, (a.k.a the boss) he quickly informed me with a grin we don't cover the gate. He informed me that I must contact the board and I asked who is on the board he was all too happy to say we are voting on that later. When I asked what am I paying for then and how could I talk to his boss he said " he is the boss and he don't pay" like it was his catch phrase. Worst business model anyway their website is gerryatric white men in fancy suits.
