It's in a Shell Gas Station. It's an ATM inside to the right of the second register.

UPDATE
This (and all) Shell stations in the area have been taken over (again) by another corporate monster so locations of the ATM have changed. It's now to the right of the door when you walk in and the color has changed. I can't remember what shade. Either way it's impossible to miss. Unlike the company that used to run the store.
