Terrible experience with this company started the process of a lien on a vehicle in March it is now June I contacted them today to get a status update on the lien turns out they haven't done anything in 2 months they charged me for the service and now they are telling me I cannot do a private lien anymore because CA laws have changed and want to charge me more to be able to complete the process at this point I just want a refund and I'll take my business elsewhere

It was horrible the fee they charged 70 dollars just to add on a car to my insurance policy without giving me the estimate of how much they wanted down so now I have to pay somewhere else and I'm asked out of my 70
