Avalon Properties' seeming lack of concern in presenting and enforcing a safe and secure pool and spa environment for their tenants at eaves West Valley is quite puzzling to me.

On a fairly regular basis, when the members of the eaves community and their families and children want to enjoy the pool and spa, they have to put up with the same groups of bad actors who loudly make their claim to the pool area by breaking open a couple of cases of beer, smoking marijuana, and blasting their music at ear shattering levels. These bad actors also invite a sizable number of their non-tenant friends who also display in their actions nothing but the utmost contempt for the respectful policy-abiding members of the eaves community.

After these individuals have concluded their partying, there is usually lots of litter around the eaves grounds that the staff has to pick up the next day as well as broken bottles in the pool, spa, and walkways.

These bad actors and their friends getting drunk and high clearly presents a number of issues when pool safety is of concern and with no lifeguard on duty. Additionally, while in this intoxicated state these bad actors can be belligerent, aggressive, and violent in their attitudes and actions.

The other tenants are genuinely afraid to go in the pool area when these drunk and high individuals are present. I don’t blame them, I have been threatened on more than one occasion for looking at someone the wrong way or asking them to turn down the volume of their loud blasting music.

I am sure that some of my fellow neighbors and tenants agree with me in feeling a sense of hopelessness about Avalon’s inability to address this ongoing problem. I feel badly for the tenants with families and young children who have to experience and put up with the behavior of these bad actors when they want to use the spa or pool.

Avalon is somehow under the mistaken belief that the things are okay and normal when the onsite management departs the office for the day or are out of the office on public holidays. Nothing could be further from the truth as typically that is when these bad actors and a multitude of their non-tenant friends show up and know they can do whatever they want with impunity.

From my perspective as to how a business wants to present itself to prospective customers, these bad actors and their actions do not present a great positive look or enhance the Avalon properties brand reputation for those future tenants visiting the eaves complex. Visiting eaves for the first time and seeing a bunch of dudes getting drunk and high is not a good look.

Having an onsite security guard to enforce eaves West Valley policies regarding appropriate behavior around the pool and hot tub would go a long way to promote a safe and secure environment for all tenants. Otherwise, the ongoing bad actor behaviors will continue with a possibility of a negative outcome.

Tested the tap water with the city: positive for E Coli.

My neighbor has visitors every half hour till 3:00am.

I referred my friend and never received my $250 referral fee.

The hallways smell like death & curry.

Over all rip off!
