Edit: Three weeks later and they just let my roommate know we were approved (today) and not me even though I dropped off the paperwork.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would me and my family waited 2 weeks and found a perfect house through them. We got a call early this morning and they said that everything came back perfect and for my parents to come in and sign the lease and get everything situated my parents and I waited for 3 hours for the lady to not come out of her office but for the secretary to get a text from her saying “You can tell them to go they got denied”. How rude is that? How embarrassing is that?. Couldn’t take 2 seconds of her time to even come out and speak to us. She sent a text. They are THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO GO THROUGH I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Don't go there cause if u just make min wage they won't work with u cause they will tell u don't make enough. They don't care. Cause I went there to get a place for me n my two kids and they say I don't make enough with making 14.50 an hour. So how do think anyone is going to rent a place from them if they don't even try with them

I am disgusted with this company. I feel profiled and I was denied today and I have no idea why. I'm a RN, make plenty of money, have a 700 credit score, no felonies and wonderful references. They didn't even check my references because I checked. And they are extremely rude. "By law, we don't have to explain our decision unless it is related to credit score and our decision was not based on credit score." They seriously will not tell me why I was denied! The apartments I saw had been bombed for roaches, had holes in the ceilings and were not cleaned or freshly painted. And their website is terrible and non-existent. Its 2021, get with the times. BP Properties, you missed out on a great tenant. Shame on you.

Denied my application and never called me back or emailed me back to explain why despite my numerous attempts to contact them asking why. I have no judgements or Evictions and a 670 credit score and no felonies or violent charges. I honestly believe they unfairly profile people which is weird because I don't have inappropriate tattoos or tattoos everywhere, I don't cuss, and I was really courteous just for them to treat me like trash.
I've also heard many nasty things about this company from people that have rented thru them. I have also known people with evictions and felonies who lived in their properties so there is NO reason they should have turned me down.
The properties I viewed were terrible! One had a HUGE hole in one of the bedroom doors and it was in the worst neighborhood in town. The other was old as heck and not taken care of at all.
This company is horrible.I would NEVER rent any property from them.

I wish I could give zero stars!!! This by far is the WORST company in Winchester! RUN!!! DO NOT do business with this company EVER! Once management changed, it completely went down hill. The new rental lady is NOT professional at all. She had her "employee" that lived next door would blatantly lie and "report" incidents to her. She in return would be VERY unprofessional and not ask me any questions regarding the allegations, she would take them as if it was true and it wasn't at all! Her approach would be rude and accusatory! I've never had any issues with this company until they hired a new management team. Worst place to ever live now! If you want disrespect, maintenance calls ignored, no one ever returns your calls and emails, well look no further because you will definitely get all of that and more! And on top of that, their homes are old, outdated, and in need of real repairs! STAY FAR AWAY!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!

When I first moved in to the apartment I used to rent from them, there was a small hole in the ceiling which they said that they would fix. For several months, they never came to fix it, and it grew bigger and sprung a huge leak. It also started to grow black mold. Every month, when I would go to pay my rent, I would tell them about this problem, and they kept telling me that they would send someone to take a look at it, but nobody ever came.
I also had a constant problem with my sink and tub having problems draining. Also, a lot of the neighbors from my building were thieves, or drunk drug addicts who would have loud visitors come over at the crack of dawn. The building was also overrun with bugs and my front door had a really bad problem of not being able to lock.
Oh, and the office staff are incredibly rude.

Would not even give one star if I had the option. Asked to view two of their properties that have no pictures to show the inside of the apartment and was told that I need to apply and be accepted before I can tour either property. Very predatory practices.
