B&A Property Maintenance and both Ben & Brent are great to work with. They've been SUPER quick to respond both times we've been faced with armyworms...which is great because they gave my wife the creeps!

They came out and assessed some issues with the grading of my yard after a pool install. I had no clue what to do, but they had a plan and I trusted them to make it look great. They came in, smoothed the grade and helped redirect the water runoff in my pool. They also added material to our pond to keep it fuller during the spring months. Finally finished it off with a sod install and hydroseeding. I had several of our neighbors comment about how great it looked after they worked on it. All the props to these guys!

Ben and his team were outstanding! They installed a French drain, water drainage system, and sod in mine and a neighbor’s yards. He talked on the phone with me for nearly an hour to explain every aspect and rational for our project prior to me even committing to use them. He presented me two options for the job, one being a complete head-to-toe work up, and another cheaper option for less work overall. I ended up going with the cheaper option, but never felt pressured to choose the more expensive option. He and his team were on time and completed our project quicker than expected, and the quality is top notch. He even came back several days later and sent us a video of the drainage system working during a rain storm. Throughout the process, he was very responsive and timely with communication via email, text, and phone calls. Overall I am highly satisfied with Ben and B & A, and they will be my first call when I need work done in the future!
