I'm currently a tenant being managed by Babb Real Estate & Property Management. Jeff and Caitlin have been nothing short of amazing. I've put in work orders from time to time (not often at all) and they have always acted quickly. They have a user-friendly website to request work orders and I usually get a call the very next day to review and set up an appointment. I've had one emergency but they answered even though it was after hours. Oh and let me mention you also get to pay your rent online which is perfect for someone like me! Now, If I ever had a property that needed management I would definitely use them as they CARE greatly about their rentals, tenants and property owners. I hear other renters' complaints and always brag about how lucky I've been for the (nearly) 2 years I've been a tenant with them. They take pride in what they do and it shows!
Oh and they let me decorate how I like lol. And it helps they had many upgrades to make it home!
